# USDV Token Terms

The USDV Token Terms apply to all holders of USDV, whether or not they minted it. They cover:

* The technical and functional description of USDV: non-rebasing, minted through CDPs, Liquity-style redemption.
* The legal nature of USDV and what it is not.
* Holder rights and limitations, including redemption rights.
* Geographic restrictions and compliance obligations.
* Risk disclosures, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.
