# USDV Mint Agreement

The USDV Mint Agreement is entered into by each user who mints or redeems USDV through the Delpho Platform. It covers:

* The services provided through the Protocol: minting, redemption, the sUSDV staking contracts, and protocol administration.
* Self-certification and eligibility, including the representations and warranties each user makes when transacting.
* Restricted territories and restricted persons.
* The legal nature of USDV and what it is not.
* Minting risks: funding-rate, collateral and liquidation, smart-contract, counterparty and venue, peg, regulatory, and operational risk.
* Indemnification, limitation of liability, amendments, governing law, and dispute resolution.
