# Restricted jurisdictions

Use of the Delpho application is restricted in certain jurisdictions. The framework will mirror the standard treatment used by peer synthetic-dollar protocols.

The list is subject to revision as the regulatory environment evolves. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Delpho complies with their local laws.
