# Privacy policy

**Status**: Published. The canonical Privacy Policy is hosted at [delpho.xyz/privacy](https://delpho.xyz/privacy). Last updated June 2026.

The Privacy Policy describes Delpho's handling of user data, including:

* What data the application collects.
* How that data is used.
* Third-party services that may receive data (analytics, infrastructure providers).
* User rights regarding their data.
* Data retention and deletion practices.

The Delpho protocol itself is onchain and does not require off-chain personal data for protocol-level operations. The application layer may collect operational data subject to the Privacy Policy.
