Pre-launch parameter notes

• Maximum mint LTV for HYPE and kHYPE moved from 75% to 65% , based on the StableWatch quantitative report. Date: pre-launch parameter selection. See Risk advisor reports.

• Stablecoin collateral launch parameters set at 80% maximum LTV and 90% liquidation threshold for USDC and USDT. HYPE and kHYPE remain at 65% maximum LTV and 80% liquidation threshold.
